By accessing or using PataService, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must stop using the application.

PataService is a marketplace platform that connects users with independent service providers ("Fundis"). We do not provide services directly and are not a party to agreements between users and Fundis.

PataService is not responsible for any fraud, scam, misrepresentation, or dishonest conduct between users. All transactions are strictly at your own risk.

Users are strongly advised to verify service providers, confirm identity, inspect services before payment, and meet in safe public locations where applicable.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under your profile. Any suspicious activity must be reported immediately.

Users agree not to post false, misleading, illegal, offensive, or fraudulent content. You must not misuse the platform or impersonate others.

All bookings are agreements between users and service providers. Prices, quality, and service delivery are agreed directly between both parties. We are not responsible for disputes or failed transactions.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee service quality, availability, or user reliability.

PataService shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, fraud, or disputes arising from use of the platform or interactions between users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, fake listings, or violation of these Terms without prior notice.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
